Need to gain weight

Okay, Ringo's gained 30 pounds since first entering the shelter (10 pounds since he came to me), but he seems to have plateaued. I don't want to feed HUGE meals, because I don't want him to bloat, and I'm not home during the day to give him an additional mid-day meal. So do you all have any ideas about high-calorie/fat/protien foods that I might add to his kibble to give him a little boost? He's looking SO much better, but still needs to gain about 20 or 30 pounds. He's 25 inches at the whithers, and only about 70 pounds.

Satin balls a few times a week would add some weight to him. Not really sure of anything else.
