Bear is an 11 mo old EB. About a week ago I noticed about a 1/4" behind his bottom front teeth 2 little white spike popping through and the area around it was all pink like the gums. Tonight they still look the same size but it's like a dark purple around them.

He was just chewing a hard bone. I wonder if it popped blood vessels or something around the 2 spikes. He isn't having any problems with chewing anything or eating his food. And he didn't seem to mind when I tried to touch them.

I thought he was too old to have teeth coming in? And they are so much further behind the other ones?

Can anyone help? It's too late tonight to call the vet.
