I was just told that the siblings of the puppy im getting had to be put down because of Red Mange,
the Mother or Father of the puppies show no signs of any mange at all and neither does the puppie
I am buying.
I need advice and any info on how to know if puppy has red mange and what can be done .. if anything?

Welcome. You will find out that the Bully Breeds are the best dogs in the world. My APBT has always been a good boy and would never hurt a person unless they were trying to hurt me or my fiance.
