You'll need to wait until your pup is older (if it's the one in the pic) Hips can't be certified until 24 months for OFA, Penn Hip you can do much younger though. Cardiac testing should be through a specialist, though your regular vet can do the hips.
OFA looks for hip dysplasia, deterioration of the joint, shape of the ball and sockett etc. and grades it from severely displasic all the way up to Excellent (fair or better hips are permissable to breed only).Penn Hip tests tha laxity of the joint and scores it on a number system.
