I GIVE ALL CREDIT TO REDBULL! I took two heavy throw rugs and I covered his crate and he stopped whining immediatly! I cant believe something that simple answered my problems! THANKS SOOO MUCH for being so kind to me and helping and not jumping down my throat! Now I will show dh and problem solved :)

I'm really glad that you have solved the whining problem.
Now...you just need to be on top of the chewing thing so he can be better trusted out of his crate. I made sure to keep PLENTY of chew bones around so that if and when Lyla ever had anything that she wasn't to chew on, I simply took it away, and QUICKLY replaced it with a bone...she caught on quickly!!!! Good luck and Congrats!!
