We went and we took home the American Trophies! We won the high training club award.
Our malinois Havoc took home high in trial, and high in OB. Great little bitch. All 38lbs of her.
Only one competitor passed psa1 That is Elmer E and havoc. PSA1 is very tough. Brutal stress. She came through!
My female AB ICE got her PSA PDC (protection dog certificate). I am so proud of her.
Lucillano Oliva got a PDC on his dog Wedo....tough male AB. tough.
An Alapaha bulldog Hammer, got his PDC.....she tried so hard. Well deserved.
Few dogs passed, many entered. It is a hard sport. Only 4 dogs passed the entire weekend, I think.
Man, we had so much fun and learned doing it. Funny, how dogs look awesome in the training field and when you add in stress and a complete different decoy and a very strange suroundings, dog shut down. I have to say much of it is handler induced. Dogs can feel the stress of their handlers.
