Hi there! So we have Kegger who is now almost 5 months old (OEB) and our Morley (AB) who is 6 years old.

All Kegger wants to do is leap at her, bite her face, ears, feet, tummy....anything he can. She wants to play so bad with him - and runs over to him and will mouth and play bite...but he bites HARD and makes her bleed. Not saying he doesn't bleed but he just goes so rough and she just sits there and takes it.

Everyone says to just "let them handle it, she will teach him"....but that doesn't seem to be the case. I can't just sit by while he chews on her ear or her face! He is always on a leash in the house but I will grab him and say NO when he bites her....he goes right back at her....doesn't phase him.

UGH! Any suggestions?

No, some older dogs just take the abuse. Start training the pup to leave her alone.
Use a water bottle, the crate, loud hand clapping, saying the word NO, anything that
will get the pup's attention. Be consistant and if necessary, remove the pup from the
room to give Morley some peace.

The issue can also be as the pup gets older he may get more aggressive with Morley,
so you do need to stop it now.
