I spoke to a breeder on E.B. today about the situation that happened with my baby.She said it could have been a posibility that the vaccs may have not been frigerated or not handled properly.Has anyone heard of a situation like this before?

I doubt it would be because they were not handled properly or refrigerated. More likely the dog just had an allergic reaction, as the vet originally thought.
What kind of vet was it you went to? Or did you get them done at someone's home, a friend, etc?
