You have a pup. All pups bite and nip. hey, at least your dog lets you know when he has to go outside to do his business! That is a GREAT thing. Don't discourage that behavior.
If he just gets rambunctious at times (I don't think it is aggression.), just say NO. Teach him to stare at your eye balls if he wants something. This technique works like magic with very high drive dogs.
That is part of owning dogs. I would be very worried about a bulldog that did not WANT to bite.
