Sally wines so much. we play with her constantly and always show her affection and attention. i'll be cooking dinner and she'll be at my feet wining. Is this a breed trait for Old English Bulldogs?
That requires your password. What you can do is look under the pic and copy the stuff by where it says IMG. Paste that into your post. That way it will show the pic without having to use a link. It won't come out when you paste it until you preview or submit the post though.
If you give her attention when she whines you are just renforcing this type of behavior. Whing at your feet when you cook is a sign of begging. I think the best way to handle this is to ignore her when she is whining and only give her attention when she is quiet.
If she see that when she whines she is being ignored and when she is quiet she will get the attention then it should stop. Bt this will take time and you have to be consistant.
Its a different breed, but my pit whines and cries constantly. I have let her "cry it out for almost 4 years". Pits just happen to be mouthy. Don't have too much experience with OEB's but you learn to tune it out after a while.
