This boxer pup was at a pet store... It looked like it was starving -- you can't tell much by these photos, but all its bones were showing. Poor, sad little puppy. I wanted to buy it just to feed it.

Poor thing. I hate how pet store dogs have to lie on those cage floors. They look so terribly uncomfortable.

Aww, poor little guy. Hes really cute. Sam was at the pet store the other day and they actually had an Olde English Bulldog. She said it was adorable. I hope that was a fluke and they arent actually getting popular. I would hate to end up seeing them in pet stores. I would freak if I walked into a pet store and saw an AB.

How cute! I don't think we have pet stores that sell dogs and cats except when rescues go to the petsmart and places like that.

ya pet stores suck theres one around the corner from me that has american bulldogs every 3 -4 months or so for the last 2 -3 years id like to know where hes gotting them from but i cant get info wanna give the breeder a peace of my mind !!!!!!! :evil:

Poor baby - Maybe if you talked to the manager and told him that the puppy
looks sick and that a healthy puppy brings in more buyers he would see that it is fed more.
If not perhaps someone else could be told so that the pup could be checked out.

My daughter, the older one always cried when we would leave a pet store because she didn't like to see them caged up.

AWWWWW that's awful, it's against the law to have dogs & cats in pet stores in the u.k. I wish they would make it illegal in the states too.

Ah, a puppy at the mill, I mean mall.

They get their dogs from puppy mills. they don't look good in health. The mall here locally, the dogs a re kepp in 5 by two window displays and not even taken for walks. I'll see puppies there for a month or two . It's very sad.

i know where he is getting them from and sadly there doesn't seem to be a damn way to stop it. selling dogs and cats in the pet stores should be illegal!
