Is it wrong to allow your bully to pull you around (up hills, etc) on skateboards and roller blades? I put the prong on and attach a leash that way and I also put his harness on with a leash attached to that for pulling.. Toby seems to enjoy it and readily sits at the door if I pick a skateboard or the roller blades. The only thing is, when we get going, he wants to fly! I don't mind him "jogging" but he ended up cutting his pads the 2nd day we did it... We've only done it a hand full of times because its soo cold and I don't want to do the two miles we did the one day in this weather (it was 60 degrees when we went 2 miles). I have gel stuff for his pads and neosporin.. If we can't do that I take him out into the yard and play fetch for an hour every few hours.. Any opinions on rollerblading and skateboarding with your bullies?

I was always told to keep your dog by your heels when walking. I'm sure if you were in a park or a place with few poeple that would be fine I would guess, I don't know if I would go doing it through the neighborhood though.

Cesar does it on his show for good exercise!!

It is good for them cause they can get going faster then normally. Only problem is control. You MUST make sure you have complete control of them while you do this just incase he sees a squirrel, cat, or anything that usually makes him pull. You have a lot less control of him then when you are on your own two feet

my boyfriend takes luna skateboarding all the time. it tires her out really fast!
we have a special harness that means skateboard time and that it's acceptable for her to tug at the leash. we also have a "go" command that she's learned. luna seems to be responsive to the difference between her walking leash and her skateboarding leash.
good luck and have fun!
