Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Not sure if someone just didn't know how to recognize the breed or just didn't want to list it as a pit as they can be hard to place. Either way they need to change the way they do things - if I had been a more timid woman who knows what would have happened to poor Sam!

Yep he probably would have been put down.

I don't know but he looks older than a pup..how old did they say he is?

They said she was between 6-8 months. I'll ask my vet what he thinks tomorrow when I take her in.
