We love it so much down here. We have no regrets at all. Either do the dogs Its more laid back, not as fast paced, the people are cool and it is beautiful. There are no state or local taxes. The cost of living is cheaper. Heres an example: My sister just bought a new house outide of Philly on about half an acre. Her property taxes are $6,500! We are on almost 6 acres and ours is $1,000. Crazy!
