I entered one of Purple's pictures in a calendar contest. I was just notified on Friday that she won a place in the calendar, and will now be photographed by a professional for her month. It's for our local shelter!

I take Orson to my parents pool, but he wears a life
jacket..i'm afraid he'd sink like a rock without it. Plus he needs the motivation of me throwing
his football in the water to actually get in.

I swear they have gills, these two. Purple is in bed already, she ran her toenails down to the quick. I'm sure it won't stop her from swimming again tomorrw, though!
