Zena will not ride in a car. She goes CRAZY when I try to shut the door. I have tried a million times and it is the same everytime. So we just took Nikki and the kids. It was a mess because there was a really itchy weed out there in the field and my daughter Izzy hated sitting in the flowers. Can't you tell by her expression. Nikki loved it and so did the boys. We didn't pick either..they broke when we sat down on them. LOL

also, did you notice in all her pictures there's this white glow around her??? you should have named her Angel....

Calm down! It was my girlfriends orchard and they live in the country where the neighbors are like 5 miles away so it was fine to have her off a leash. We take pictures there every year. Also I did notice the glow around her too....I had a finger smudge on the lens..LOL

not upset at all, lol.... with my rotti, i could never take her off leash, which sucked.... we too lived in a place where neighbors were miles away, but Roxy would just take off..... and only come back when she felt like it.....

it's amazing to me to see dogs off leash and still obey, i see ppl here (mostly bums) who walk there dogs down Ventura Blvd with no leash and the dog stays right on the side walk.... and Ventura Blvd is 3 lanes each way :shock:

and I have been meaning to ask - have you checked up on Sugar??? How is she doing back with her original owners?

Well, that is a sore subject. I had a falling out with Shelley, my friend that took her back. She and I haven't spoken in a week. She is talking with her ex-husband again and I am worried that they are going to get back together. I just pray that Sugar is happy and taken care of. We have a mutual friend and she says that Sugar is great so I am just going to have to let her keep me posted. Thanks for asking though :?

There is a nice large patch in my yard, that I refuse to mow. It's FULL of bluebonnets and other flowers in that one patch, it's so pretty. It was a play dirt pile years and years ago, so it's a small lifted spot in the yard. My mother in law (RIP) tried to make them grow there for years, and once she passed they started sprouting everywhere. I enjoy them while they last.
