what can i use to get rid of tear stains as my dogs only get a bath once a month and baby wipes dont work

...peroxide should work...but be very careful and don't get any into the eyes...

You can feed 1 TUMS a day as it breaks down the acidity in the tears, thus no stains. You can also make a baking soda paste, apply, let dry and wipe off...after a week or so of doing this it should remove most of the stain..from then on, apply Desitin or another diaper rash ointment to the stains daily..this repels moisture and prevents yeast buildup..it also has talc and helps take away the stain.
