It is getting close to the snip snip for Moose. Last night my son was on the floor by the couch looking at something and there was Moose and all of a sudden he mounted him. I told Moose NO and he stopped and then my son asked " what was he doing?" My husband and I laughed and told him that he was getting nasty with him. ( my son is 6 years old)

LOL That's funny. Jazzy always tries to mount Chopper (go figure, the female humpin' the male! :lol: ) and my daughter (who's 7) calls it "hunchbacking". "Mom! Jazzy's hunchbacking Chopper again!" LOL :lol:

It's weird, for as domnant as Chopper is, he's never humped anything.... :-k

I dont no weather my dogs confused or wether its a domminace thing in Females, but Molly (the more domminat bitch) always humps Storm when they play fight, but the funny thing is she doesnt care which way round Storms facing :lol: Abit of dirty doggy porn lol She used to hump peoples legs to, if you stuck ya leg out to her when she came over for a petting :lol:

Storm doesnt seem to mind though, usually gives her a second or two to think out her next move and have a quick breather :roll:

It must just be the name Cuase my jas is always mounting Champ. Its so funny seeing how she is like half his size and humping him. She dont like it when the table flips and he tries to hump her though.

Our Rat Terrier Molly mounts Faith all of the time. Faith could care less. She never even notices. We get onto Molly when she does this. And they are both females and they are both fixed. Faith just walks on like Molly is not even there.

ya, I don't think that was a sexual thing at all. He was probably displaying his dominance over your son. Chico used to do this everytime we had a friend over. It was sorta like their initiation into our house. :shock: Hey, I don't make the rules. :lol: We had to start putting him on a down stay for a couple of minutes so that he understood that he doesn't call the shots. It has helped a lot. Oh ya, this was after he was neutered.

The first day we brought him home, I was having one of those really sweet sentimental, new puppy moments with Chico. We were just playing on the floor and I was thinking to my self, "what a sweet little..." Before I could even finish the thought I looked down and he was latched to my arm humping it like a wild maniac. He had this twinkle in his eye that scared the crap outa me. From that day on I knew we had to get him fixed as soon as possible. I mean this little twerp had barely stepped foot in my house and he was basically telling me he was the boss already. I don't think so!!!

My son didn't even know that he was doing it. When we told Moose to stop and get down my son asked what's up. We told him in a friendly non gross way (he is only 6) and he laughed and continued to play. The next day my son was on the ground again and Moose payed him no attention. This was the first time he has ever done this and he is 9 months. Now for Moose and ny female dog well that is another story but in short Tina puts Moose into his place.
