I wonder why? Got my new phone. I had the other one insured with AT&T so it only cost $25. It is a Nokia Lumia 640 XL Microsoft Windows 8.1. It is a little bigger than my other one but seems to work the same. Which is great for me because I did not want to learn a new phone.

Thanks for the support. I am one of those that at the word "change" I cringe.
Then, I check it out and find that whatever the change is does not seem so bad.
That is what happened here.

Phone broke - I cringed - checked out new phone - not so bad.
