I can't beat getting TOTW for $39.99 even if there are recalls. The Earthborn would be nice but it's more expensive and with 3 dogs it gets to be too costly. Until I get my deep freezer I will supplement with raw then switch to full raw when I get it.
It's kind of funny but most customers didn't take it very seriously because it was dangerous to humans and not their pets :D

My Dozer ( an olde English buldog boxer mix) is doing great with the Earthborn lamb. He was eating wetlands TOTW which we stopped immediately after Diamonds recall hit the net. I spoke with an animal nutritionist who reccomended Earthborn. I am also using a probiotic spray on his Kibble. The cold rturkey change over went great. Slightly loose stool for the first couple days and now his stool is lookin great. I also went to 3 one cup feedings instead of 2 1-1/2 feedings to help with the transition. best of luck- Tim

Which one were you feeding? Was the code/date on the list?
Kirkland. We dump the bag into a huge bin, so I didn't have the code/date from it. Was a brand new bag, and he immediately started with unexplained diarrhea and vomiting. Mind you it wasn't uncontrollable, and he's still eating the same food and 110% fine....so he could have just had a stomach bug....OR....maybe the fact that he's so ginormous helps it not affect him....

Went through this exact same thing with the Kirkland about 2 weeks ago with Keno. You wouldn't have known anything was wrong with him other than having to clean up the mess. Kind of odd coming from him as I never have stomach issues with him. I switched over to a different food last week til things settle down with Diamond.

I realy wonder why we feed our AB anything beyond the cheapest stuff out there since her idea of a gourmet meal is her own poop! I have used the pills and powder but they just seem like seasoning to her. I should add that rabbit pellets are also one of her favorites as well as horse manure. I thought that this thread could use some comic relief.
