I rescued Maggie from a home breeder

We got Maggie through "rescue" aka she took up at my house, Shadow came from a breeder.

I tried for about 6 months to adopt a rescue bull terrier from an organization in southern California, but I was turned down because I had not owned the breed in the past. It's rather disappointing, because the one dog I wanted the most is still there waiting to go to a good home.

My Aussie was a rescue. He was living all by himself in a wrecking yard for who knows how long.

Two of my dogs are shelter rescues and two are foundling rescues. My father says that they all know where to go for a good home. :wink:

Rescue and Breeder

Two of mine came form a breeder and one was rescued from Ohio.

Although we paid for Brodie, I can hardly call the people "breeders" he is a mix after all, but we would never have left ANY dog in that place, we were happy to spirit him away.

I used the poll thingy, too, just to see what it would do. But my answer is "rescue". I know y'all are shocked by that. :wink:

I would give y'all the rundown on the whole crew, but seeing as the magic number is currently 12, that might take a little too long! And that's just the dogs!

I got my baby from someone that had two "accidental" litters. I was pleased with the past litter, so assuming Tobys litter would be the same, I took him. I was wrong.

The next two I get (Chihuahuas) are coming from a show breeder.
